Mini Oregon Coast Elopement Photography Package

Introducing a new 3 hour Oregon Coast elopement photography package for Pacific City, Cape Kiwanda, and Oceanside, Oregon

Oregon Coast elopement at Cape Kiwanda in Pacific City, OR

You’ve seen the amazing elopement photos and you decide that’s EXACTLY what you want. Epic Oregon Coast views, a wedding dress or a fancy tux…and 10 hours of photography coverage?

Wait a minute, that sounds a little overwhelming. Maybe this whole elopement thing isn’t for me…

You deserve to have exactly the wedding you want. That’s the spirit of elopements. For a long time now, I have really focused on providing these long, customized elopement days for my clients. However, something I’ve worried about lately is that some people don’t want a full day of wedding photography. Maybe that’s you! Maybe you are hoping to get the beautiful photos and spend some quality time on the Oregon Coast with the person you love most. And that’s okay! I truly believe that the best wedding day you can have is the one where you get to do what you want to do, how you want to do it, and with the people you want to do it with.

Introducing, my new mini elopement package!

Graphic with features of Mini Elopement Package: 150 digital images, locations in Pacific City, and Oceanside, OR, 3 premade timelines, officiating, 1 planning call and resources, up to 4 guests

What’s Included in the Mini Elopement Package

This package is for you if you’re looking for a sweet and simple elopement experience. The planning is minimal and you get an officiant and photographer in one. This package is best for elopements with just the two of you but can also work for up to 4 guests. Here’s some highlights:

150 Digital Images

You’ll receive these photos as an online gallery where you can download the full resolution images. You can print your images wherever you like. You’ll receive 5 sneak peek images within 48 hours and the entire gallery within 2 months.

Premade Timelines

With 3 premade timeline options, all you need to do is pick the option you like best. Each timeline comes with multiple location options and a sample gallery of a past elopement at the same spot. You can pick your favorite backdrop and the best accessibility (especially if you’re inviting guests). Locations are all in Pacific City and Oceanside, OR.

Officiating

I’m ordained and offer a free, simple ceremony. Most couples opt to exchange their vows in private and wave me over when they’re ready for the official part. From behind the camera, I’ll walk you through I do’s, ring exchange, first kiss, and pronouncement. This ceremony is a great fit if you’re looking for something intimate and focused on you two.

Here’s a full list of services included:

  • 150 high resolution digital photo download via private online gallery
  • Maximum 4 hours of coverage
  • Up to 4 guests
  • Up to 30 minutes of driving during the day included without counting towards photo time so you don’t lose photo time while driving between photo locations
  • 3 premade timeline options with preset locations in Pacific City and Oceanside, OR
  • 65+ page guide on everything you need to know about eloping
  • 1 planning call
  • Local vendor recommendations

What a 3 Hour Elopement on the Oregon Coast Looks Like

Let’s look at 3 hours of coverage on an actual elopement day in Oceanside, OR. The key to a great elopement day on a shorter timeline is keeping things simple. The goal of eloping is to have a stress free, relaxed experience. These timelines aren’t complex but they also give you time to enjoy the spaces you’re visiting without rushing.

Getting Ready Photos

Getting ready photos are great for a slow start to your day and getting used to me being around with a camera. If you bring along any guests, this is the perfect opportunity of candid photos interacting with them as they help you get ready. You can chose to get ready together or have a first look at your vacation rental before heading to your beach location. This is also the time to get detail photos of your rings, vow books, or any other meaningful items you’ve brought along.

Beach Picnic and Vows

Beach picnics are one of my all time favorite elopement events. It gives you quiet time to spend together, I get to capture wide angle photos of you with the scenery, and all food tastes better with a view. Follow up your picnic with a vow exchange. I’m ordained so we can keep your ceremony as private as possible. I’ll stand out of earshot so your vows are entirely private. Once you’re done reading vows, I’ll walk you through a ring exchange, I do’s, and your first kiss from behind the camera.

Full Elopement vs. Mini Elopement Package

Mini vs. full elopement graphic. Mini elopement: 3 hours of coverage, 3 preset timeline options, Pacific City and Oceanside, OR only, max 4 guests, 150 digital images. Full elopement: 5-12 hours of coverage, custom timeline and activity recommendations, anywhere on North Oregon Coast, up to 20 guests, 300-500 digital and film images.

I’m very excited to be offering this package but in order to do so, there’s limits on what’s included in comparison to my full elopement package. For some, this will be a great way to stay in budget. For others, it may mean compromising on the vision for your day. Make sure to only book if this is the kind of elopement you have envisioned!

Here’s some things to keep in mind before picking this package:

  • The location options are already set. You can select which beach best fits your preference or group from the list but no additional locations can be added beyond what’s listed.
  • The timeline options are also set. I make 100% custom timelines for my full elopement package but these ones are already setup. This is great if you don’t want the stress of building your timeline and potentially not a great fit if you’re looking for a more unique timeline.
  • The maximum hours of coverage is 4 hours (+1 hour usual package). This hour can be added onto the pre-existing timeline, not to add an additional location.
  • The planning help is comparatively limited. You’ll receive some dense planning resources and you’re limited to one 30 minute planning call. I still build your timeline but I’m less hands on for planning overall.
  • It only covers as far south as Pacific City and as far north as Rockaway Beach.
  • Maximum of 4 guests in addition to you two. This ensures that you get a great experience without feeling rushed and that the premade timelines fit your needs.
