Who said you can’t have beautiful Oregon Coast elopement in January?! These two picked a very important date: their 10 year anniversary. This meant celebrating in the winter where we got a bit of it all. Some rain, some sun, and lots of fun.
We started the day getting ready at a vacation rental on the river where their families could spend time together. The next part of their day was packed with adventure. We went on a few hikes near Pacific City, OR before heading to Pelican Brewing to use their wedding space for their ceremony and family dinner. The sun peaked out at the end of the day for some amazing photos at the base of the beautiful red rocks.
Kind words from the couple:
We were lucky enough to have Mikalynn with Venturing Vows photograph our North Oregon Coast elopement earlier this year, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. She worked with us to scout out locations in Tillamook County that fit our “vibe” and was super responsive to questions, scheduling, and weather-related delays.
Miki is incredibly kind and professional, and she also has a cool and relaxed manner that made us feel at comfortable throughout the entire shoot. She took two camera-shy introverts and shot stunning photographs that helped make our day perfect. Our photos perfectly captured the beautiful landscape, and we’ll cherish them forever. My partner and I can’t recommend Venturing Vows photography highly enough. Miki is a true talent and a joy to work with. Thank you for helping to make our elopement so special!
Photos from this elopement are featured on my winning Rangefinder 30 Rising Stars submission!
